W.H. Flubacher

William H. Flubacher served 29 years with the State Police from November 1, 1923 to February 1, 1952, all as a Member of Troop G. Mr. Flubacher held the ranks of Trooper, Corporal, and Sergeant before becoming one of the first BCI Investigators in the State. A native of Troy, NY, Mr. Flubacher lived in East Greenbush (Rensselaer County) and held a camp in Pilot Knob (Washington County) adjacent to Lake George. Prior to entering the State Police, William Flubacher was enlisted in the United States Army. Upon retirement he served the Town of East Greenbush as Justice of the Peace.
